This is our favourite place in all the 30 yrs we have travelled together. It’s not an all inclusive. No loud pool games , excessive drinking and eating (which is totally fine if that’s what you like).This is a tranquil small place directly on the clean quiet beach but close to all the attractions in the hotel zone. Our room was directly on the beach with the most beautiful sunrise seen right from our bed or while swinging in the hammock on our porch. Accommodations are basic, clean and relaxing. Staff are friendly and available to help if you need but otherwise it’s a calm chill atmosphere. The small pool is clean and refreshing right on the beach to take a dip and stays open until 10pm for a night swim. Hammocks hang from your front porch and throughout the grounds . This small dreamy place has breakfast included at Tamarindos restaurant located across the street. For small upcharge you can pick from many delicious fresh meal options. The waiters Estoban and Gabriel are terrific and will come serve you during the day on the beach from their lunch and drink menu . This is a rustic place that for us is just what we were looking for to relax and be alone. If you like fancy 5 star and pampering , this probably isn’t a place to go. The front lobby and desk is so quaint and check in -check out is simple. Staff will help arrange transportation to and from airport if you request . We were at the new Tulum airport which is less than an hour drive . There are many restaurants along the street but our favourite place to eat in the evening was at the food truck/bar which had many different options at more reasonable prices and has live music some nights . We hope to return to this little piece of heaven again soon.

My friends and i booked this place for one of my friends 50th birthday. I payed extra for the AC services . The first night was extremely hot. The beach was full of seaweed. Early morning, we voiced our concerns to the front desk and the only thing he could say is that if we're not happy he can give us early check out but we will have to go through ******* to get a refund for the next 5 days. Unfortunately, we were forced to book another place. They refused to give us documentation that we checked out early.
